The place is pretty cool. Excellent neighborhood...I went from literally having crackhead bikers next door to me to living in a very nice area. My house is probably the most ghetto within 5 miles, but its still not bad. Traffic sucks on 95, even worse than I imagined. Other than that, most things are goin well.
